Hello and welcome to the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop where we are sharing masculine projects today.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the vintage tools card, you will need:
Starry Sky card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Soft Succulent card – 4⅝” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 4½” by 3”
Starry Sky card – 3” by 1”
Basic White card – 3” by 1”
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – for the inside
I used the ‘hammer’ image to stamp randomly all over the Starry Sky card front in Starry Sky ink and set it to one side.
The tools were then stamped fairly randomly all over the 4½” by 3” panel of Basic White card using Starry Sky, Orchid Oasis, Soft Succulent and Pool Party inks.
The stamped panel was then glued to the Soft Succulent layer and a piece of Starry Sky Woven Metallic Ribbon wrapped around the panel and secured on the back with Sellotape. The whole piece was then mounted onto the Starry Sky card front.
The sentiment was stamped onto the 3” by 1” piece of Basic White card and die cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I also die cut a larger rectangle with the same die set, repositioning the die until I got the border size I wanted. The rectangles were glued together and added to the card front.
A scattering of 2021 – 2023 In Color Dots used to complete the card.
