Trucking Alone card for the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing some of the gorgeous online products currently available. I am using the lovely Trucking Along stamp set and Truck Builder dies.

The colours used in this project are:

To recreate the trucking along card, you will need:

Pebbled Path card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pebbled Path card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Basic White card – 3½” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White & Boho Blue card

I ran the panel of Pebbled Path card through the Cut & Emboss Machine with one of the lovely Basics 3D Embossing Folders. The panel was then glued to the Pebbled Path card base using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

On scrap Basic White card, I stamped the outline truck in Pebbled Path ink. The truck was coloured using the infill stamp and Real Red ink. The tyres were coloured using the Basic Black Blends Pen. I punched the truck out with the Truck Builder Punch.

Using the Stylish Shapes Dies, I cut out a stitched circle. The ‘ground’ image was stamped in Pebbled Path ink along the bottom of the die cut circle. I added clouds in Boho Blue ink across the top. Using a Blending Brush, I added Boho Blue ink to the top half of the circle and Pebbled Path ink to the bottom of the circle.

The truck was placed onto the stitched circle, when it was in position, I lined up the outline flower image, moved the truck to one side and stamped the image in Pebbled Path ink. The flowers were coloured with Daffodil Delight ink and I coloured the leaves with a Garden Green Marker.

The truck was added onto the circle on Dimensionals and the circle added to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set was stamped in Pebbled Path ink onto a scrap of Basic White card. I trimmed it down and added it to the card front.

I love this stamp set and punch, it is so versatile, fabulous for masculine cards.
