Hello and welcome to the Ink, Stamp, Share Blog Hop where our theme is ‘All that flutters’. I have chosen to make my card using the gorgeous hummingbird from the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set.
Colours in this project are:
To recreate the thoughtful hummingbird card, you will need:
Tahitian Tide card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White and Basic Black card
Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I randomly stamped the spray of flowers all over the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card.

I glued the stamped panel to the Basic Black layer and then to the Tahitian Tide card base.

The hummingbird was stamped onto scrap Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

To colour the hummingbird I used the following Blends Pens – Lemon Lime Twist, Azure Afternoon, Gray Granite & Colour Lifter to soften the edges. The beautiful hummingbird was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Perennial Postage stamp set, was stamped in Versamark ink onto scrap Basic Black card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and heat set it. I trimmed it down with Scissors and added it to the card front.

A trio of Adhesive Backed Sequins completed the card. I hope you like it.
