Today I am sharing a sweet Sea Turtles thank you card made using the Whale Done stamp set.
To recreate the Sea Turtles card you will need:
Seaside Spray card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Seaside Spray – 5¾” by 4”
Whisper White 4” by 2⅝”
Terracotta Tile 4” by ¼” x 2
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Scrap Whisper White
I embossed the Seaside Spray panel using the gorgeous Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder and glued it to the Seaside Spray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
The sea turtles were stamped on the small Whisper White panel in Early Espresso ink. They were coloured using the light Just Jade and light Pumpkin Pie Blends Markers.
I used Mossy Meadow ink, 1st and 2nd generation to add the fronds of seaweed to the panel.
The fishes were added using Terracotta Tile ink and the two strips of Terracotta Tile were then glued to the stamped layer. The panel was added to the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto scrap Whisper White and die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies and tucked under the stamped layer.
Such a sweet card. I hope you like it,
