I used liquid glue to adhere the die cut detailed flowers to the flower bases. I had to move them around until they lined up. The liquid glue was squeezed out onto my Silicon Craft Mat, picked up with a Sponge Dauber and dabbed on the back of the detailed flower.

Using my Bone Folder I curved the flowers to give them some shape. The darker flower was then glued to the card base with a spot of liquid glue in the centre.

The second, lighter coloured flower was added on a Dimensional and the leaf tucked behind and secured with a dab of liquid glue.

I added a 2021 – 2023 In Color Jewel to the centre of each flower and a third to the jewel to the background.

Masculine Shapes for the Share It Sunday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing a project we have been working on. I am sharing a masculine shapes card today.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the masculine shapes card, you will need:

Mint Macaron card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Smoky Slate card – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

I stamped the large oval in So Saffron ink onto the smaller panel of Basic White, added the thinner oval in Mint Macaron and finally stamping the small circle in Smoky Slate ink.

This pattern, such as it is, was repeated down the length of the panel.

The stamped panel was then placed in the Stamparatus and the sentiment, from the Biggest Wish stamp set, was inked up with Basic Gray ink and stamped. I used the Stamparatus so that I could restamp the sentiment to get a darker image.

The stamped panel was added with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to the Smoky Slate panel. The whole piece was then added to the Mint Macaron card base on Dimensionals.

I decorated the panel using some of the embellishments left over from the Sentimental Rose Card Kit.
