Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we have been challenged to use the following colours. I have chosen to use the bowls from the What’s Cookin’ stamp set for my card.
To recreate the stack of bowls card, you will need:
Blushing Bride card base – 8¼” by 5⅝” scored at 4⅛”
Flirty Flamingo card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Hand-Penned dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5½” by 2½”
Flirty Flamingo card – 5½” by 1½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
The panel of Hand-Penned dsp in Blushing Bride was glued to the Flirty Flamingo layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I used the same glue to add the panel to the Blushing Bride card base.
Using the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder I embossed the strip of Basic White card.
I die cut one of the decorative edges from the Basic Borders Dies from the strip of Flirty Flamingo and added the border to the side of the embossed panel. The whole piece was then glued to the card front.
The bowls from the What’s Cookin stamp set were stamped in Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo and So Saffron ink. They were die cut using the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine. I then stacked them one on top of the next using Dimensionals onto the embossed panel.
The sentiment was stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink onto scrap Basic White card and glued to the card front.
A trio of Artistry Blooms Sequins completed the card.
Please hop on to see what my fellow demos have come up with using these colours.
