The theme for the current team challenge is ‘By the Sea’ and I have made a card using the Sail Boat Builder Punch and the Stargazing designer Series Paper.
Colours in this project are:
To recreate the sail boat card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Stargazing dsp – 4⅛” by 4⅛”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¾”
Pool Party card – 4⅛” by ⅜” x 2
Scrap Pool Party, Real Red & Pebbled Path
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the strips of Pool Party card to the top and bottom of the piece of Stargazing dsp. The whole piece was then glued to the Thick Basic White card base.
The sentiment, from the Sending Smiles stamp set was stamped in Night of Navy ink below the adhered panel.
A stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes dies was used to die cut a circle from the square of Basic White card. The negative piece was then mounted over the dsp panel using Dimensionals.
From scrap Pool Party, Real Red and Pebbled Path card I punched out the pieces of the sail boat using the Sail Boat Builder Punch. These were assembled inside the die cut circle on Dimensionals.
A trio of Festive Pearls completed the card.
