Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing Autumn themed projects. I have used the Rustic Crate stamp set and Dies to make my card.
Colours in this card are:
To recreate the Autumnal Crate card, you will need:
Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
All About Autumn dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White card
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the panel of All About Autumn dsp to the 5⅜” by 3⅝” panel of Basic White card.
I wrapped a length of the gorgeous Copper Ribbon around the panel and secured it on the back with Sellotape. The panel was then glued to the Pool Party card base.
The cluster of pumpkins, corn and Autumn flowers were stamped onto scrap Basic White card in Early Espresso ink and die cut the image.
Using the following Blends Alcohol Pens I coloured in the die cut image – Pool Party, Pretty Peacock, Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat, Old Olive & Mossy Meadow.
I die cut both parts of the crate from scrap Basic White card and adhered it together using liquid glue. The die cut and then the Autumnal produce was tucked down into the crate. The crate was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment from the Ringed With Nature stamp set was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto scrap Basic White card. I trimmed it down and added it to the crate. A ribbon bow and a trio of Brushed Metallic Dots completed the card.
Please hop over to see what Autumnal goodness my fellow crafters have to share with us today.
