I love the sweet little rhino from the Animal Outing stamp set and have used it today for a simple thank you card.
Making the Rhino card
I stamped the rhino using Momento Tuxedo Black ink onto a panel of Whisper White 3” by 3” and die cut it out using the Layering Circle dies and my Big Shot. I coloured the rhino using the Light & Dark Smoky Slate and Ivory Blends pens. The tiny bird was coloured using the Light Calypso Coral. I backed the stamped piece onto a Scalloped circle cut from Calypso Coral cardstock using my Big Shot and Layering Circle Dies.
Taking a Thick Whisper White card base I adhered a panel of Calypso Coral cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I added a piece of Garden Impressions dsp 5⅜” by 3⅝” and placed a 4” by ⅜” strip of Shaded Spruce from left to right to add interest to the panel. The stamped panel was then added overtop on Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set was inked in Shaded Spruce and stamped onto a 2” by ¼” strip of Whisper White cardstock and cut down to size. It was added to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
Such a quirky little card, hope you like it.
