Using the Tailored Tag Punch, I punched a label from the centre of the Flirty Flamingo panel before adhering the Daffodil Afternoon dsp.

I added the contrasting strip of dsp before adding the panel to the Basic Black card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Flirty Flaming ink and punched out using the Tailored Tag Punch. The Flirty Flamingo label was cut across the middle and added to the back.

I added a bow using the metallic ribbon and a trio of Classic Matte Dots.

Scalloped Edge card

Thick Very Vanilla card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Daffodil Delight card – 6” by 3”
Daffodil Afternoon dsp – 5⅞” by 2¾”

We die cut the scalloped border using the Scalloped Contour Dies along the edge of the Daffodil Delight panel.

The Daffodil Afternoon dsp panel was added to the Daffodil Delight panel with liquid glue.

The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink before the whole panel was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Spring Flowers card

Mossy Meadow card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Pale Papaya card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Daffodil Afternoon dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Pale Papaya card – 3⅞” by 1¾”
Very Vanilla card 2¾” by 2”

The Daffodil Afternoon dsp was glued to the Pale Papaya panel and the panel was added with the same glue to the Mossy Meadow card front.

The strip of Pale Papaya was stamped using the dotty image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set in Pale Papaya ink. I then tore the strip down each side and added it to the card front.

The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on the small piece of Very Vanilla card and punched out using the Tailored Tag Punch. The label was then added on Dimensionals. A trio of 2021 – 2023 In Color Jewels completed the card.

Poppies In Memorium – Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop

May be an image of one or more people and text

Hello and welcome to the Stampin’ Dreams – In Memorium Blog Hop where we are sharing Sympathy cards. Coming up to Remembrance Sunday the Painted Poppies stamp set seemed the most appropriate stamp set to use to make my Poppies In Memorium card today.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Poppies In Memorium card, you will need:

Basic Black card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Poppy Parade card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper left corner for the inside

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the lower right corner of the smaller panel of Basic White card. I actually masked off part of the sentiment with Post It Notes before inking up and stamping.

Using the same black ink, I stamped the group of poppies three times across the panel.

The flowers were then coloured in using the Poppy Parade Blends Combo Markers.

I added a strip of the gorgeous Glittered Organdy Ribbon to the card and secured it on the back of the panel with Sellotape. The whole panel was then added using Multipurpose Adhesive to the Poppy Parade panel.

Very Versailles stamp set made to make a pretty sympathy card in unusual colours and using Stampin' Up! products

Very Versailles sympathy card

Today I am sharing a sympathy card made using the pretty Very Versailles stamp set. The images in the set are so fine and dainty, I love them.

To recreate the Very Versailles card, you will need:

Terracotta Tile card base – 8 ¼” by 5⅞” – scored and folded on the long side at 4⅛” – Rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded upper right corner
Smoky Slate – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper right corner –for the inside
Whisper White – 3” by 2 “

Using Terracotta Tile ink, I stamped the lovely delicate spray of leaves down the right- hand side of the Smoky Slate layer.

The Smoky Slate panel was added to the larger Whisper White panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. At this point I wrapped a piece of the lovely Terracotta Tile Ornate Garden Ribbon around the panel, adhering it on the back with Sellotape.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set onto the small panel of Whisper White in Terracotta Tile ink and cut it out using the Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine and the Stitched Shapes Dies. The oval was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.

I added a bow using the same ribbon and a trio of Elegant Faceted Gems to complete the card.
