Today I am sharing a card made for the daughter of a friend who has just become an auntie for the first time. The baby is a boy but Emma loves pink, so pink it had to be.
Colours in this project are:
To recreate the happy bunny card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
More Dazzle card – 4” by 2½”
Basic White card – 4” by 2½”
The clouds were stamped across the top of the Thick Basic White card front in Balmy Blue ink.
The group of flowers were stamped along the bottom of the card base in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used Balmy Blue, Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam Blends to colour in the flowers and leaves.
Using the Everyday Details Dies I die cut a rectangle from the 4” by 2½” panel of Basic White card. The happy bunny was stamped on the rectangle in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
I coloured the image with the same Blends Pens with the addition of Balmy Blue for the puddle. The clouds above were stamped in Balmy Blue.
The coloured piece was added to the More Dazzle card using Mini Glue Dots. The whole piece was mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.
A trio of Adhesive Backed Sequins completed the card.
