Today I am sharing a sweet card I made for The Spot Challenge #102 where the theme is ‘Good Luck’. I have used the My Meadow stamp set.
To recreate the Good Luck card you will need;
Pretty Peacock card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” x 2 Garden Green – 3⅞” by 2¾” Whisper White – 4” by 2¾” Poppy Parade – 2” by 1”
I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies to cut a stitched scalloped rectangle from the smallest piece of Whisper White card.

The scene was stamped on the die cut layer using Garden Green, Gray Granite, Pretty Peacock and Poppy Parade inks. I added the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set with Pretty Peacock ink.

One of the Whisper White layers was embossed using the Stone embossing folder and this piece was added to the Pretty Peacock card base with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

I added the stamped panel to the layer of Garden Green card with the same liquid ink.

Using the Tailored Tag Punch I flagged the end of the piece of Poppy Parade and added it to the card front and the stamped panel added over top on Dimensionals.

I am sharing today the double Z fold card I made for my brothers special birthday. I used the Mountain Air combined with the Snow Front and My Meadow stamp sets.
To recreate the Mountain Air double Z fold card you will need:
Shaded Spruce – 11” by 5½” – scored and folded on the long side at 2¾” and 5½”
Country Club dsp – 5¼” by 5¼”
Country Club dsp – 5 ¼” by 2½” x 2
Night of Navy – 9¼” by 4¼” – scored and folded on the long side at 2¾” and 5½”
Whisper White – 4” by 3½”
Whisper White – 4” by 2½” x 2
Whisper White – 3⅞” by 3⅜”
Whisper White – 3⅞” by 2⅜” x 2
Night of Navy – 5¼” by 5¼”
Whisper White – 5” by 5”
I began by folding and burnishing the Shaded Spruce card base. I glued the panels of Country Club designer series paper to the Shaded Spruce card base using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

I lined up the following Whisper White panels – The 2 panels measuring 3⅞” by 2⅜” and the 3⅞” by 3⅜” panel. I inked up the detailed Mountain stamp with Night of Navy ink. I repeated this step on all the panels. I cleaned the stamp with the Shammy and turned it over. I inked it up again with Night of Navy ink, stamped off the first layer of ink – 2nd generation – on my grid paper the stamped again on the Whisper White panels, slightly above the original image. I cleaned the stamp again and inked up in Highland Heather. This was stamped off twice before stamping on the panel.

The detailed line of trees was inked in Shaded Spruce ink and stamped below the mountains. The stamp was cleaned and turned over, inked up with the same ink, stamped off then stamped between the original trees in the lighter shade.
I stamped the small house from the Snow Front stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and added ‘ground’ using a stamp from the same stamp set and Early Espresso ink in 2nd and 3rd generation ink.

The water was stamped using the Snow Front stamp set and Balmy Blue ink. I used Shaded Spruce ink and a sponge to colour in the rest of the ground.

Using a ¾” Circle Punch I punched a circle from PostIt note paper, adhered it to the largest stamped panel. Using a sponge I added Balmy Blue ink to the sky. The birds were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Back ink. The inked layers were then added to the slightly larger Whisper White panels and these were added to the Night of Navy card base.
The Night of Navy panel was the added to the Shaded Spruce card base.

The 60 from the Family Party stamp set was stamped onto the large Whisper White panel with Shaded Spruce ink. The rest of the sentiment was added in Night of Navy ink. The birds from the My Meadow stamp set were added in Night of Navy ink and the panel was glued to the Night of Navy panel then to the back of the largest Night of Navy panel to complete the card.

I really hope my brother likes the card.
