Hello and welcome to the March Colour Combo blog Hop, I hope you enjoyed the project Mickey Moore shared with us today. I have chosen to use the Treasured Medallion stamp set for my card.
Our colours this month are:
To recreate the treasured medallion card, you will need:
Petal Pink card base – 5⅞” & 5¾” – scored at 4⅛” on the 5¾” side – rounded lower left corner
Terracotta Tile – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 5¼ ” by 3½ ” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower left corner – for the inside
The large medallion image from the Treasured Medallion stamp set was stamped onto the smaller panel of Basic White using Basic Gray ink.
I used Terracotta Tile, Mango Melody and Petal Pink Stampin’ Write Markers to colour in the lovely intricate medallion.
The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped in Terracotta Tile ink and the stamped panel attached to the Terracotta Tile layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
I wrapped a length of Ornate Garden Ribbon around the panel before adding it to the Petal Pink card base using Dimensionals.
To complete he card I added a bow and some Elegant Faceted Dots. I hope you like it,
Please hop on to see what the lovely Gez Carpenter has to share with us today.
