Today I am sharing a sweet card made for the Inspire. Create Challenge #065. This week it is a sketch challenge and I have used the Mountain Air stamp set to make my card.
To recreate the Inspire. Create challenge card you will need;
Purple Posy card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Soft Suede – 5½” by 3¾”
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” x 2
Scrap Whisper White
I started by stamping the detailed mountain image in Soft Suede ink across one of the Whisper White panels.
Next, I cleaned the stamp and turned it over on the block. The solid image was then inked up in Highland Heather ink, stamped off once onto scrap paper before being stamped over the previously stamped image.
The row of trees was then inked up in Old Olive and stamped below the mountains. I love how much depth this stamp adds to the image.
The birds were added in Soft Suede to complete the card. The stamped layer was added to the Soft Suede layer with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and the whole piece added to the Purple Posy card base on dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Soft Suede ink onto a scrap of Whisper White and trimmed it out with scissors.
I seem to be slightly obsessed with this stamp set at the moment. I hope you like my card.
