Hello and welcome to the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop where we are sharing projects made using blending techniques. I have made a minted fern card using the Forever Fern stamp set to make my card.
Colors used in this project are:
To recreate the minted ferns card, you will need:
Evening Evergreen card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛” – rounded lower left corner
Mint Macaron card – 5½” by 3⅞” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3¾” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded lower left corner – for the inside
I tore along the edge of two strips of Post It tape and applied them to the smaller Basic White panel leaving a gap in between.
Using a Blending Brush, I swirled Mint Macaron ink into the Basic White card on the exposed strip.
Leaving the Post It tape in position, I stamped the ferns in different shades og green – Evening Evergreen, Mossy Meadow & Shaded Spruce. I added the dotty image with Evening Evergreen ink.
After removing the tape, I stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink.
A trio of 2021 – 2023 In Color Opal Rounds completed the card.
I hope you like it.
Please continue around the hop to see what loveliness my fellow hoppers have to share today. Next up is the lovely Lorraine .
