The Most Wonderful Time product Medley by Stampin' Up! used to make a quick Christmas card

Most Wonderful Time

Here is a quick Christmas card made using the Most Wonderful Time product medley inspired by a card I saw on Youtube made by fellow demonstrator Julie Kettlewell.

To recreate the Most Wonderful Time card, you will need:

Old Olive card base –- 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” x 2
Most Wonderful Time dsp -4⅞” by 1” x 3
Whisper White – 3¼” by 2½”
Scrap Whisper White

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the 3 strips of the Most Wonderful Time designer series paper to one of the large Whisper White panels. I always place the 2 side panels first, getting the border as even as possible. I can then add the centre strip making sure it is an equal distance from the other 2 strips. You also need to match up your pattern so don’t mix the up!

A Fall/Autumnal themed card using the Forever Fern stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Autumn Ferns

Today I am sharing a colourful Autumn ferns card. I love the colours of Autumn, the crisp cool mornings and the rustling of fallen leaves under foot don’t you?

To recreate the Autumn Ferns card you will need:

Just Jade card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded lower left corner
Cinnamon Cider – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded lower left corner
Whisper White – 5⅜ by 3⅝” – – Rounded lower left corner – one for the inside
Flowers for all Seasons dsp – 3⅝ by 2”
Brass Foil – 3⅝” by ½”
Scrap Whisper White

I began by stamping the fern leaves from the Forever Fern stamp set onto one of the Whisper White panels; starting about 1¾” from the bottom knowing the the bottom would be covered.

I used Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Bumblebee and Cherry Cobbler ink and began as usual with the larger images and ending with the smallest images.

The strip of Brass Foil was glued to the dsp strip using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I wrapped a length of Whisper White Crinkle Seam Binding around the dsp and I used the same glue to add the piece to the stamped Whisper White layer covering up all the messy stems.

I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Early Espresso ink onto a scrap strip of Whisper White and trimmed it out using scissors.

Using a Mini Glue Dot I added a bow of the same ribbon and finished with a trio of 2020 – 2022 In Color Enamel Dots.
