Hello and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I have just got the Potted Geraniums Bundle…….. yes I know, I’m very late to the party. This is the first card I have made using it.
To recreate the potted geranium card, you will need:
Polished Pink card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner Old Olive card – 5⅜” by 3⅝ – rounded upper right corner Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper right corner Design A Daydream dsp – 3½” by 1½” Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3⅝ – rounded upper right corner – for the inside
I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to glue the strip of dsp to the smaller panel of Basic White card leaving a ¼” of the Basic White showing at the bottom.

Using Smoky Slate ink, I stamped both parts of the pot, the base in 2nd generation and the top in full strength ink. The sentiment was stamped in Old Olive ink.

The outline geranium flower was stamped in 2nd generation Old Olive ink on top of the pot and I used the Polished Pink Blends to colour in the flowers.

I wrapped a length of Simply Elegant trim around the panel, securing it on the reverse with Sellotape. The whole panel was then added with liquid glue to the Old Olive panel. I used Dimensionals to layer the stamped panel to the Polished Pink card base.

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we have a colour challenge. We were asked to create something using 3 of the following 5 colours:
I couldn’t pick just 3, I mean which 3 would you choose?……..so….. I used them all + Basic White to create an occasion framed card.
To recreate the occasion framed card, you will need:
Thick Basic White care base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛” Design A Daydream dsp – 5½” by 3¾” Polished Pink card – Smidgeon under 5” by smidgeon under 3¼” Basic White card – 4⅞ by 3⅛” Scrap Basic White card
The layer of Design A Daydream designer series paper (dsp) was glued to the Thick Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I stamped the hexagonal frame in Blackberry Bliss ink onto the scrap Basic White card an added the sentiment in Tahitian Tide ink. This was then die cut using the Beautiful Shapes dies.
The die was then placed on the panel of Basic White card and using a pencil, I drew lightly around the inside. This helps when positioning the stamped images.

Th flowers were stamped first in Polished Pink ink, I always like to stamp the larger images first. The leafy sprig was then stamped in Parakeet Party, the outer image in full strength and the infill image in 2nd generation ink.

The smaller sprig was stamped in Daffodil Delight ink, the long thin, sprig added in Parakeet Party and finally, the trio of dots in Tahitian Tide. The pencil lines were then erased and the stamped panel added to the Polished Pink layer.

A length of 2022 – 2024 In Color Twine were wrapped around the panel and secured on the back with Sellotape and the panel added to the card front using the same liquid glue.

The sentiment piece was then added to the card front on Dimensionals. A double bow, made using the 2022-2024 In Color Twine was added with a Mini Glue Dot. I coloured three basic rhinestones using the Polished Pink Blends Pens and added them to complete the card.

www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – The Cup of Tea stamp set, Teacup Dies and Design A Daydream dsp used to make a tri-fold card for the Stamping INKsprations Blog Hop
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the largest piece of dsp to the largest panel of the card base. I placed the two strips of dsp against the relevant panels of the card base and marked, in pencil where I needed to trim the dsp on an angle. I used my Paper Trimmer to cut the dsp down. The pieces were glued to the card front.

I repeated this step with the 5⅝” by 1⅞” strip of Basic White card. The sentiment from the Happiness Abounds stamp set was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink onto the panel before it was glued to the inside panel of the card base. I inked each word up individually before stamping.
