Here is a pretty Christmas card made using the Peaceful Place designer Series Paper and featuring snowy trees.
Colours Used in this project are:
To recreate the snowy trees card, you will need:
Basic Gray card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Fresh Freesia card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper right corner
Peaceful Place dsp – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper right corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper right corner
Scrap Basic White card & Fresh Freesia card
I punched a label from the centre of the Fresh Freesia panel using the Tailored Tag Punch. The label was then cut from side to side using scissors and the pieces set to one side.
The panel of Peaceful Place dsp was then glued to the Fresh Freesia layer and a length of Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon was wrapped around the panel, and secured on the back with Sellotape. The whole piece was then added to the Basic Gray card front using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
The sentiment from the Delivering Cheer stamp set was stamped in Basic Gray ink onto the scrap Basic White card. The stamped sentiment was punched out using the same Tailored Tag Punch.
The 2 pieces of the Fresh Freesia label were added to the back of the sentiment using liquid glue. The whole piece was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.
I die cut 2 snowflakes, one from scrap Fresh Freesia card and the other from Pearlescent card. The pearlescent snowflake was tucked behind the sentiment using liquid glue. The Fresh Freesia snowflake was added on top with a Mini Dimensional.
A bow made from the same ribbon and an Opal Round were added to complete the card.
I hope you like it.
