The gingerbread house from the Yummy Christmas stamp set makes a lovely Christmas card

Yummy Christmas

Today I am sharing a cute card made using the Yummy Christmas stamp set which I don’t have…………luckily one of my lovely friends allowed me to stamp some of the images from her stamp set and cut them out using the co-ordinating Cuckoo Clock dies.

To recreate the Yummy Christmas card you will need:

Cherry Cobbler card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Basic Black – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper right corner x 2
Scrap Whisper White

I stamped the gorgeous little gingerbread house in Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White cardstock and cut it out using the Cuckoo Clock dies. I stamped a tree from the Cuckoo For You stamp set and die cut using the same dies

The image was coloured in using the following Blends Markers – Shaded Spruce combo, Call Me Clover combo,Soft Suede combo, Crumb Cake combo, Poppy Parade combo, dark Cherry Cobbler, light Balmy Blue, light Night of Navy, light Mango Melody, light Gray Granite, dark Bermuda Bay and Ivory. I really enjoyed colouring this image in.

I punched a circle from a PostIt note using the 1¼” Circle Punch and adhered it to the upper part of a Whisper White panel. Using a piece of Sponge I inked the top ⅔rds of the panel using Seaside Spray ink. I used another piece of sponge to add a little Crumb Cake ink to the bottom of the panel.

The sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set was stamped in Soft Suede ink. The sweet gingerbread house and the tree were added to the panel on Dimensionals.

The whole panel was glued to the Basic Black layer and then to the Cherry Cobbler card base.

I really, really love this card, so pretty. I hope you like it.
