Good Luck card for the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop where we are sharing projects on a ‘back to school’ theme. I have chosen to make my good luck card using the sweet Bird’s Eye View stamp set.

Colours used to make my card are:

The stack of books was randomly stamped all over the Boho Blue card front in Boho Blue ink.

The stack of books were stamped onto the smaller panel of Basic White card using Pebbled Path ink. I stamped the same image onto Masking Paper and cut it out using Scissors. I then used it to mask of the first image. The same image was stamped again above the first and the mask removed.

Using the following Blends Pens, I coloured in the both stacks of books – Petal Pink, Balmy Blue, Fresh Freesia, Soft Sea Foam, Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate. I added the titles using a Pebbled Path Stamp ‘n Write Marker.

Hello Birdie card for the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop where we are sharing animal themed projects. I have used the Bird’s Eye View stamp set to make a pretty hello birdie card. I did go through the, are birds animals’ debate with myself but couldn’t help using this sweet birdie.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the hello birdie card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Azure Afternoon card – 5¼” by 3½”
Stargazing dsp – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Scrap Basic White card

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the Stargazing dsp to the panel of Azure Afternoon card.

I wrapped a length of Azure Afternoon Sheer Ribbon around the panel securing it on the back with Sellotape, the panel was then glued to the Thick Basic White card base.
