Blessings Embossed for the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop where we are showcasing projects featuring embossing. My blessings embossed thank you card uses both dry and heat embossing and the Blessings of Home stamp set.

The colours used in this project are:

To recreate the blessings embossed card, you will need:

Flirty Flamingo card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Early Espresso card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” x 2 – 1 for the inside
Early Espresso card – 2” by ½”
Scrap Basic White card

Using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, I embossed one of the Basic White panels with the Bark Embossing Folder. The embossed layer was glued to the Early Espresso panel and a length of Flirty Flamingo Ribbon wrapped around the panel and secured on the back with Sellotape. The whole piece was then added to the Flirty Flamingo card front.
