Sweet Ranunculus card

I have used the gorgeous Ranunculus Romance stamp set and co-ordinating Ranunculus Dies to make a sweet ranunculus themed card.

Colours used in this project are:

 

To recreate the sweet ranunculus card, you will need:

Sahara Sand card base – 8¼” by 5⅝” scored at 4⅛”
Mango Melody – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White card

I stamped the scripty image in Sahara Sand ink onto the smaller panel of Basic White card.

 

Using a Blending Brush, I added some Mango Melody ink to the panel which was then glued to the Mango Melody panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The whole piece was added with the same liquid glue to the Sahara Sand card base.

 

 

The ranunculus image was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and die cut out using my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the co-ordinating Ranunculus Dies.

 

I used the Granny Apple Green and Strawberry Sorbet Blends Markers to colour in the image. I added the flower to the panel on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Strawberry Sorbet onto scrap Basic White card and trimmed down using sharp scissors.

 

I added a Linen Thread bow and a trio of Champagne Rhinestones to complete the card.
