Here is a sweet so sorry card made using the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set and some soft colours.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the so sorry card, you will need:
Peach Pie card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Misty Moonlight card – 5⅛” by 3⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5” by 3” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3 ¾” – for the inside – rounded upper left corner
I inked up the largest bloom with Fresh Freesia ink, the leaves and stem were wiped clean with my Shammy and re-coloured with an Old Olive Stampin’ Write Maker. I also added some Highland Heather to the flower spike using the Stampin’ Write Maker. I huffed on the image to re-moisten the ink and stamped onto the 5” by 3” panel of Basic White card.
I repeated this with the medium flower spike using Pretty In Pink ink and a Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Marker and Old Olive for the stem and leaves.
For the smaller flower spike I used Peach Pie ink, a Calypso Coral Stampin’ Write Marker and the Old Olive Marker. These were all stamped onto the same panel of Basic White cardstock.
The Dragonflies were stamped in Misty Moonlight ink and the sentiment stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The decorated piece was then glued to the Misty Moonlight layer.
Linen Thread was wrapped around the panel before it was mounted onto the Peach Pie card front on Dimensionals. A double Linen Thread Bow and a trio of Dappled Dots finished the card.
