Today I am sharing a pretty snowflake bauble Christmas card designed as a Make & Take for customers who ordered from me during the month of November, Each customer received a pack with all the cardstock and pieces they needed to make the card along with a step by step tutorial. All they needed to add was a sentiment from their own stash.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the snowflake bauble card, you will need:
Mint Macaron card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Silver Foil – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – I die cut the detailed bauble and hanger from the centre of the panel
Hand-Penned dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Basic White card – 3½” by 3½” – used to die cut the solid bauble
Basic White strip – for the sentiment
The pretty dsp panel was glued to the Silver Foil panel – I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
The strip of Silver Metallic Mesh Ribbon was wrapped around the panel and secured on the back. I used Sellotape for this.
The detailed silver bauble was then glued to the solid Basic White bauble using dots of liquid glue. The bauble was then mounted on the dsp panel using Dimensionals.
The hanger was added with a glue dot rolled up behind the bow. The top end of the hanger was folded over the top of the panel and secured with some tape on the back. The panel was then glued to the Mint Macaron card base.
My sentiment came from the Peaceful Deer stamp set and was stamped on the strip of Basic White card in Basic Gray card. I then trimmed the sentiment out with scissors and added it to the card front.
A scattering of Silver Metallic Pearls was added to complete the card.
I think it is really pretty. I hope my customers enjoy putting it together.
