Hello and welcome to the Kylie Bertucci Demo Blog Hop where we are sharing cards made for our customers. I have chosen to make a Pastel Bouquet card using the Sending Smiles stamp set.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the pastel bouquet card, you will need:
Petal Pink card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Pear Pizzazz card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 4⅞” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Soft Suede ¼” strip
Scrap Basic White card
I stamped a selection of leaves and stems in Pear Pizzazz ink on to scrap Basic White card.
The flowers were stamped in Fresh Freesia, Petal Pink and So Saffron ink and I added the flower centres in Soft Suede ink.
All these pieces were die cut using the Cut & Emboss Machine and the Sending Dies. I used a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to attach the flowers to the stems. I then began to lay out the blossoms on the small panel of Basic White card.
When I was happy with the placement, I stuck them down using liquid glue for the lower layers and Dimensionals for the top blooms. The decorated panel was added to the Pear Pizzazz layer with liquid glue.
I stamped one of the blossoms in the upper left and lower right corners of the Petal Pink card base using Petal Pink ink before I added the decorated panel.
The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink, covered with White Embossing Powder and set using a Heat Tool. It was added on Dimensionals. A double bow of Linen Thread and a trio of Iridescent Rhinestones completed the card.
I hope you like it. Please hop on to share the projects my talented friends have to share today.
