Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are showcasing a project we have been working on. I am sharing a mountain horizon scene made using the Horizon Dies.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the mountain horizon scene, you will need:
Garden Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Balmy Blue card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White, Balmy Blue, Highland Heather & Garden Green
Using Blending Brushes, I added Balmy Blue ink to the top of the smaller Basic White layer and Sahara Sand ink to the bottom of the layer.
From scrap Highland Heather card, I die cut the mountain range using the Horizon Dies. Using the same des I cut the detailed snowy mountain tops and glued them together. I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to glue this piece to the inked panel.
The water was cut from scrap Balmy Blue card and added below the mountains with the same glue.
The trees were cut from the scrap Garden Green card and added to the panel on Dimensionals.
The decorated panel was then glued to the Balmy Blue layer before being added to the Garden Green card base on Dimensionals.
