I have been using the lovely Christmas paper from the Most Wonderful Time product medley to make a sweet birthday card.
To recreate the Most Wonderful Time card you will need:
Real Red card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic Black – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner
Most Wonderful Time dsp 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner
Scrap Whisper White and Old Olive
I mounted the dsp panel onto the Basic Black panel.
I wrapped a length of Real Red cotton ribbon around the panel adhering it on the back with Sellotape.
The panel was added to the Real Red card base with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
The sentiment from the Perennial Birthday stamp set was stamped in Old Olive ink onto scrap Whisper White cardstock and punched it out using the Tailored Punch. I punched the same shape again from the scrap Old Olive card, cut it down the middle and adhered it to the back of the stamped shape.
It was added to the card front on Dimensionals and a bow of the same ribbon added with a Mini Glue Dot.
I stamped the parcels in Real Red ink onto the remaining Whisper White panel and added the bows in Gold Delicata ink. The same stamps and ink were used on the front of the envelope.
I love this card and this is a great way to use the Christmas dsp……so pretty
