Here is a sweet monochrome meadow card made using the Meadow Dies and the Quiet Meadow stamp set
Colours used in the project are:
To recreate the Monochrome Meadow card, you will need
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Soft Succulent – 5” by 4”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic Black & Basic White
I stamped the front of the Thick Basic White card front with the text stamp from the Quiet Meadow stamp set using 2nd generation Soft Succulent ink.
Using the Scalloped Contour Dies I die cut a scalloped rectangle. I used Post It Notes to mask off the stitching and scallops.
Using a Blending Brush, I added Whisper White ink to the centre of the panel using circular motions to blend the ink. I added Soft Succulent ink around the White area, the Evening Evergreen ink and finally Night of Navy ink around the outer edges to give some depth. I removed the Post It Notes and added the rectangle to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
Using the Meadow Dies I die cut a flower from Basic Black and Basic White card. The White flower was added to the Black flower, slightly off centre to give a shadow effect.
The flower was added to the card front on Dimensionals and a trio of Oval Rounds added to complete the card.
