Here is a sweet card made using the Kite Delight stamp set with some of the gorgeous Sale-a-Bration Designer Series Papers.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the Rain Boots card, you will need:
Misty Moonlight card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Simply Marbleous dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Sunshine & Rainbows dsp – 5½” by 1”
Basic White card – 4” by 2”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Garden Green & Basic White
I glued the large panel of dsp to the large Basic White panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The piece was then added to the Misty Moonlight card front using the same glue.
The strip of Simply Marbleous dsp was added to the card front with the same liquid glue.
I die cut the tag from the small piece of Basic White card using the Tailor-Made Tags Dies. The sentiment from the Kite Delight Stamp set was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink at the bottom of the tag.
The kite was stamped on scrap Basic White card using Magenta Madness ink and was fussy cut using Scissors. The kite string was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink on the die cut tag. I used Blends Markers to colour in the bows on the string and the stripes on the kite.
The decorated tag was the added to the card front on Dimensionals. I added a trio of Artistry Blooms Sequins to complete the card.
This would be a great card for a child. I hope you like it.
