I have been playing with the cute Kindest Gnomes stamp set and Gnomes Dies today and have created a pretty wintery themed card.
Colors used in this project are:
To recreate the kindest gnomes’ card, you will need:
Starry Sky card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Bermuda Bay card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White & Starry Sky
Using a Blending Brush, I applied Pool Party ink to the smaller panel of Basic White card. I used the same ink to add some stars around the ink blended area.
The panel was then adhered to the Bermuda Bay layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and I used the same liquid glue to add the whole piece to the Starry Sky card base.
I used a dab of the same glue to the centre of the Wonderful Snowflake and added it to the right side of the card front.
The cute little gnome was stamped in Basic Gray ink onto scrap Basic White card. I used the following Blends Alcohol Pens to colour in the image – Flirty Flamingo, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Starry Sky and Smoky Slate. I also used the Color Lifter to blend the Smoky Slate into the beard. The gnome was then die cut using the Gnome Dies and mounted nto the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped in Starry Sky ink onto scrap Basic White card. I trimmed it down and added a strip of scrap Starry Sky card to the bottom and glued it to the card front.
A trio of 2022 – 2024 In Color Dots completed the card. Isn’t it adorable?
