Today I am sharing a pretty Christmas card made using the Humble Home stamp set and co-ordinating Punch.
Colours in this card are:
To recreate the humble house Christmas card, you will need:
Boho Blue card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pecan Pie card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” x 2 – one for the inside
Boho Blue card – 2⅞” by 2⅞”
Basic White card – 3” by 3”
Boho Blue card – 2⅞” by ¾”
Scrap Basic White card
I embossed one of the 5½” by 3¾” panels of Basic White card using the Snowflake Sky Embossing Folder. The embossed panel was the adhered to the Pecan Pie layer.
A length of Sheer Ribbon was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back then adhered to the Boho Blue card front.
Using the Stylish Shapes Dies, I die cut a stitched square. I the lower right-hand corner I stamped the sweet little tree from the Reindeer Fun stamp set using Shaded Spruce ink. The snowflakes were then stamped across the square with Boho Blue ink. The stamped panel was adhered to the square of Boho Blue card. This was added to the card front on Dimensionals.
I stamped the house of bricks with Boho Blue ink onto scrap Basic White card. I added the roof using Pecan Pie image and then punched out the image using the Humble Home Punch. The punched house was then glued to the raised, stitched, die cut square.
The sentiment, from the Reindeer Fun stamp set was stamped on the strip of Boho Blue card using Shaded Spruce ink. The sentiment was the tucked under the raised square and adhered to the card front.
A ribbon bow and a trio of 2023 – 2025 In Color Dots completed the card.
