I have used the Trusty Tools stamp set and Something Fancy Dies to make a ‘hammer’ themed masculine card.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the hammer card, you will need:
Smoky Slate card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Blueberry Bushel card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Fresh As A Daisy dsp – 5⅞” by 1½”
Blueberry Bushel card – 3½” by ⅜”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White
The strip of Fresh As A Daisy dsp was glued to the Smoky Slate card front.
The outline hammer image was stamped down the length of the 5¼” by 3½” piece of Basic White card. I changed the direction each time I stamped.
The handles were coloured using the infill stamp. I used Balmy Blue, Boho Blue, Lost Lagoon, Blueberry Bushel and Starry Sky ink.
The metal part of the hammers was coloured in using the Smoky Slate Blends Pens. The coloured panel was then glued to the Blueberry Bushel panel which was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment, from the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set was stamped on scrap Basic White card and die cut using the Something Fancy Dies.
The ⅜” strip of Blueberry Bushel card was added to the card front and the label added over the top.
