Today I am sharing a pretty Christmas card made using the Merriest Trees stamp set and Dies.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the green & gold tree card, you will need:
Garden Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Wild Wheat card – 5½” by 1½”
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White card
I ran the panel of Wild Wheat card through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. The panel was then glued to the Garden Green card base.
Using a Blending Brush, I added Wild Wheat ink to the 5” by 3¼” panel of Basic White card. The tree trunk was stamped in Pecan Pie ink.
The large tree was stamped on scrap Basic White card in Garden Green ink and die cut it with the Merriest Trees Dies. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.
The trio of baubles were stamped three times in Wild Wheat ink onto scrap Basic White card. They were die cut using the Merriest Trees dies. I also stamped and die cut a star in Wild Wheat. These were all added to the tree with liquid glue.
The sentiment, from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set was stamped in Garden Green ink.
A trio of 2023 – 2025 In Color Dots completed the card.
