Frosted Tree card – Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop where we are celebrating Christmas in July. I have used the Frosted Forest Masks to make my card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the frosted tree card, you will need:

Summer Splash card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Shaded Spruce card – 4” by 3”
Basic White card – 3⅞” by 2⅞”
Basic White card – 3⅛” by 1”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”

I stamped the larger pine tree in Summer Splash ink in the lower right and upper left corners of the Summer Splash card front.

The first mask (A) was then placed in the centre of the 3⅞” by 2⅞” panel of Basic White card and I used a Blending Brush to add Summer Splash ink through the mask.

With mask B in place, I added Garden Green ink and finally through mask C, I added Shaded Spruce ink. Love this colour combo. The panel was then glued to the Shaded Spruce panel and added to the Summer Splash card base on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Merriest Trees stamp set was stamped on the smallest piece of Basic White card using Shaded Spruce. I tucked it under the raised panel.

  1. That touch of Summer Splash looks so pretty with the greens! Love the clean and fresh look of your card! It is a pity that this hop had only two participants, but I hope it is still worth the time for our audience! We did our best, didn’t we?
