Forever Forest Birthday card – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are sharing projects inspired by a sketch. I have used the Forever Forest stamp set to make my birthday card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the forever forest birthday card, you will need:

Lost Lagoon card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Thoughtful Journey dsp – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Bright & Beautiful dsp – 4⅛” by 2”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

I adhered the panel of Thoughtful Journey dsp to the 5¼” by 3½” layer of Basic White card. The panel was then added to the Lost Lagoon card base.

I used the ‘ground’ image from the Trucking Along stamp set to give the trees something to stand on. The stamped strip was then given banner ends using Scissors. The strip was then glued to the card front.
