Oh my goodness, I am loving the Oceanfront and On the Horizon stamp sets and have created a distant trees card using them both and the Horizon Dies for the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the distant trees card, you will need:

Pear Pizzazz card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Garden Green card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 4¾” by 3
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

I started by placing a ¾” punched circle near the top of the smaller panel of Basic White card and stamped over it using Balmy Blue ink to create the sky. I removed the mask and added So Saffron ink to the sun with a Dauber.

The next layer was added in Pear Pizzazz ink and the bottom layer in Garden Green ink. I added the grasses at the bottom in the same ink.

The trees were stamped in Garden Green ink and I added a grassy area on the right in Garden Green ink.

The fence was die cut using the Horizon Dies and the ‘woodgrain’ image stamped over the pieces to add texture. The fence was then added to the stamped panel on Dimensionals.

I stamped the grasses in Garden Green ink and die cut them. I used a Dauber to add Garden Green ink over the die cut. I cut it apart and added it to the base of the fence.

The whole panel was added to the Garden Green panel with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and to the Pear Pizzazz card front using the same glue.

Such a pretty card. I hope you like it.
