Here is a lovely card made using the new Crafting With You stamp set by Stampin’ Up!
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the crafting with you card, you will need:
Petal Pink card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pretty Peacock card – 3 ¾” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 4½” by 3”
Pretty Peacock card – 3” by 3”
Basic White card – 2½” by 2½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Using the trio of small flowers, I stamped randomly all over the 4½” by 3” panel of Basic White card in Petal Pink ink. I added the small flower in 2nd generation Pretty Peacock ink.
I wasn’t sure what I wanted to back the panel with and found a Pretty Peacock scrap that I though might look nice just peeping out on each side………. Sadly, it didn’t. I ended up cutting the piece in half diagonally and adding the triangles with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive in the upper right and lower left corner. I had originally planned to trim off the pointy bits but decided I liked them.
I stamped the trio of flowers in Petal Pink ink in the upper left and lower right corners of the Petal Pink card base and added the stamped panel using the liquid glue.
Using the Stylish Shapes Dies, I die cut a stitched circle from the square of Pretty Peacock card. I strip of Tear ‘n Tape was added to the centre of the stitched circle and a double loop of Petal Pink Ribbon added.
I stamped the die-cutting machine in Pretty Peacock ink onto the small square of Basic White card and punched it out with the 2¼” Circle Punch. The white circle was then added to the Pretty Peacock circle on Dimensionals. This was added to the card front with liquid glue.
A trio of Flat-Backed Pearls completed the card. So Pretty.
