Inspiring Snapdragon Card

I have made a sweet get-well card using the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set and some bright and happy colours.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the inspiring snapdragon card, you will need:

Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Melon Mambo card – 4⅞” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 4¾” by 3”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside

Taking the longest flower spike, I stamped around the edges of the Lemon Lolly card front with Lemon Lolly ink creating a tone-on-tone textured look.

At the bottom of the 4¾” by 3” panel of Basic White card I stamped the sentiment in Melon Mambo ink.

The long flower spike was then stamped above the sentiment, in the centre of the 4¾” by 3” panel of Basic White card using Melon Mambo ink. The other 2 flower spikes were then stamped, one on either side with Lemon Lolly ink.

A length of White Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the panel and tied in a bow. The whole piece was mounted onto the Lemon Lolly card base on Dimensionals.
