A lovely floral thank you card made using the Bottled Happiness stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Bottled Flowers for the Kylie Bertucci Demo Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Kylie Bertucci Blog Hop where we are sharing cards made for our lovely customers. My bottled flowers card is made using the gorgeous new Bottled Happiness stamp set.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the bottled happiness card, you will need:

Blackberry Bliss card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Old Olive card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White care – 5 ¼” by 3 ½”
Old Olive card – 3⅜” by 1 ¾”
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾”
Scrap Basic White card

Using the ink to stamp technique I added Blackberry Bliss using my Stampin’ Write to the larger flowers. I used my Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Marker to colour in the other flowers. I huffed on the stamp to re-moisten the ink and stamped the image on the smaller Basic White panel. I repeated the whole thing again.

Next, I inked up the leafy image in Old Olive and stamped it around the flowers. The trick is to line up the flower centres. The stamped panel was then adhered to the larger Old Olive layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I wrapped a piece of Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the panel before gluing it to the Blackberry Bliss card base.

I used the Natural Prints Dies to cut the sweet label from the Old Olive panel and from a scrap piece of Basic White card. I glued the negative piece of Old Olive to the card front over the ribbon

The Sweet Sorbet bottle was cut down and added with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and the Starry Sky bottle added on Dimensionals.

A pretty bouquet of tulips thank you card made using the Tulip dies and Pansy Petals designer series paper

Bouquet of Tulips

I have used the pretty Tulip Dies and the Pansy Petals dsp to make a bouquet of tulips thank you card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the bouquet of tulips card, you will need:

Gorgeous Grape card base – 8¼” by 5⅝” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3⅞” – rounded upper left corner
Pansy Petals dsp – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Soft Succulent card – 3 ¾” by 2 ½” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 3½” by 2¼” – rounded upper left corner
Pansy Petals dsp – 3 ¾” square cut in half on the diagonal
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner, for the inside
Basic White strip – ⅜”
Scrap Basic White, Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous Grape & Soft Succulent

The large panel of Pansy Petals dsp was glued to the larger Basic White piece. This was then glued to the Gorgeous Grape card base.

I ran the smallest piece of Basic White card through the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Gingham Embossing Folder and glued it to the Soft Succulent panel. This was then added to the card front.

Using the Tulip Dies, I cut a bunch of the tulip pieces from scrap Basic White, Fresh Freesia and Gorgeous Grape card along with some leaves from Soft Succulent card. I glued the flower pieces together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Mini Dimensionals to give a 3D effect.

I folded the triangle of dsp into a cone shape then flattened it. The tulip heads were then tucked in and secured with liquid glue. The leaves were cut down and tucked in around the blooms. The bouquet was added to the card front with the liquid glue.
