Today I am sharing a card made using the Beautiful Romance stamp set, which is retiring from the catalogue in early June. I am also using some of the gorgeous new Mosaic Mood Designer Series Paper (dsp). I was lucky enough to get this a OnStage recently as an all attendee give away. Aren’t the colours gorgeous?
To Re-create the Beautiful Romance card you will need;
Crumb Cake card base 8 ¼” by 5⅞” – scored and folded at 4⅛” – lower left hand corner rounded.
Calypso Coral 5⅜” by 3⅝” – lower left hand corner rounded.
Whisper White Whisper White 5⅜” by 3⅝” – for the inside – lower left hand corner rounded.
Whisper White 4” by 4” – for the flowers
Whisper White 3” by 2½” for the sentiment
Mosiac Moods dsp – 5¼” by 3½” – lower left hand corner rounded.
C6 Whisper White Envelope
I began by stamping the lovely spray of flowers and foliage onto the Whisper White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used the following Blends Markers to colour in the image – Mint Macaron combo, Daffodil Delight combo, Calypso Coral combo & Crumb Cake combo. I used the Big Shot and the co-ordinating Wonderful Floral to die cut the image.
I adhered the dsp panel to the Calypso Coral layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. This layer was then added to the Crumb Cake card base using the same glue.
I die cut the gorgeous label piece from the same Wonderful Floral dies. Stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral ink and added a couple of the tiny flowers from the same stamp set in the same ink. The stamped piece was then added to the card front using Dimensionals. The leaf and flower spray was then added to the card front on dimensionals.
I stamped the leaf spray from the stamp set in Mint Macaron on the front of the envelope and on the Whisper White panel for the inside of the card. This was added with the Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
To complete the card I added a trio of Faceted Gems. I hope you like it.
