Here is a sweet card beautiful batik card made using the Batik Bouquet stamp set and Batik dies.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the beautiful batik card, you will need:
Misty Moonlight card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Misty Moonlight card – 5½” by 3¾”
Soft Sea Foam card – 4 ½” by 3 ¼”
Basic White card – 4” by 3”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White
I began by stamping the sweet flower all over the Misty Moonlight panel in Night of Navy ink. The panel was then added to the Misty Moonlight card front with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I added 2 pieces of Fine Art Ribbon across the panel using Tear and Tape to secure them.
The sweet flower was stamped in Night of Navy ink onto scrap Basic White card and die cut using the Batik Dies and the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
I used Misty Moonlight, Balmy Blue and Soft Sea Foam Blends to colour in the image.
The sentiment from the Party Puffins stamp set was stamped in Night of Navy ink on the smaller panel of Basic White card and die cut it out using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I also die cut a slightly larger scalloped rectangle using the same dies and the Soft Sea Foam panel. The panels were then glued together.
The flower was added to the rectangle with Dimensionals.
A trio of Genial Gems was added to complete the card. So pretty. I hope you like it.
