Here is a sweet and simple Balloon Birthday card suitable for a child or teenager made using the gorgeous Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper.
To recreate the Balloon Birthday card you will need:
Bermuda Bay card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Whisper White – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Birthday Bonanza dsp – 5¼” by 3½” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Whisper White 5⅜” by 3⅜” – Rounded Upper Left corner – for the inside
Calypso Coral 3” by 2”
Whisper White 2” by 2”
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I glued the gorgeous designer Series Paper to the larger Whisper White panel.

I wrapped the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the panel twice securing it on the back with Sellotape. Both panels were then glued to the Bermuda Bay card base using the Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink onto the small panel of Whisper White and dies cut it using the Stitched Shapes Dies.

The scalloped oval was cut using the Layering Oval Dies and the 2 ovals were glued together with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and added over the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon on Dimensionals.

I added a bow made from the same ribbon using a Mini Blue Dot.

A strip of dsp was added to the remaining Whisper White panel and added to the inside of the card using the liquid glue.
