Today I am sharing a pretty card made using an early release bundle called Eden’s Garden. This bundle includes the Eden’s Garden stamp set and Eden Dies. This is bundle will be available in the January to June mini catalogue but the accompanying Ever Eden dsp, cotton paper and Garden Gems are only available whilst supplies last and will not be in the new catalogue.
To recreate the Eden’s Garden card, you will need:
Basic White card Base – 11¾” by 4⅛” scored at 5⅞” – Rounded upper left corner Coastal Cabana card – 5⅛” by 3⅜” – Rounded upper left corner Basic White card – 5” by 3¼” – Rounded upper left corner Gold Foil – 4” by 1½”
Using the large foliage image, I stamped randomly all over the small panel of Basic White in Coastal Cabana ink.

Using my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine I die cut the label from the Eden Dies from the piece of Gold Foil. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

Hello and thank you for joining me for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop where we have been asked to CASE each other. CASEing means copy and share everything or copy and selectively edit and I have chosen the second version.
After a lot of research and fun looking at the blogs of my fellow demos I have chosen to CASE this card designed by Annette Elias
Annette Elias card featuring a Bear
I love her style, so different from mine. I tend to go for clean and simple where Annette loves to layer and embellish. I just wish I had her talent.
Here is my simplified version of her beautiful card using 2 of my favourite bundles.
Thick Basic White card base – 11¾” by 4⅛” scored at 5⅞” Shaded Spruce card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” Soft Suede card – 3½” by 2” Scrap Shaded Spruce card
Using Misty Moonlight ink, I inked up the detailed mountain image and stamped it onto the panel of Basic White card. I cleaned the stamped, reversed it on my block, inked it up again and stamped it off onto scrap paper before stamping it slightly higher and off set to give the mountains some depth.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A bear CASEd card made for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop using the Arctic Bears & Mountain Air stamp sets
I stamped the row of trees at the base of the mountains in Shaded Spruce ink.
The row of trees image was then inked in Pool Party ink, turned upside down and stamped again three times without re-inking to give the illusion of water.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A bear CASEd card made for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop using the Arctic Bears & Mountain Air stamp sets
I added a ½” punched circle to the skyline, to mask off a moon. Using a Blending Brush, I added Balmy Blue ink to make the sky. The birds were added with Misty Moonlight ink. The stamped panel was added to the Shaded Spruce layer with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and then mounted on the card front using the same glue.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A bear CASEd card made for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop using the Arctic Bears & Mountain Air stamp sets
A tree was die cut from the scrap Shaded Spruce card using my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Majestic Mountains Dies. I added it to the card front with the liquid glue.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A bear CASEd card made for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop using the Arctic Bears & Mountain Air stamp sets
The bear was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto the panel of Soft Suede and trimmed out with using scissors. I could have cut it out with the co-ordinating dies but wanted it cut tighter to the stamped edge. The bear was added to the card front on Dimensionals.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A bear CASEd card made for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop using the Arctic Bears & Mountain Air stamp sets
I love this card almost as much as I loved Annette’s original.

Today I am sharing the cards made for my November classes featuring the gorgeous Christmas Pinecones Dies. I don’t know about you, but I looked at the large intricate dies and wondered how I could use them ….. other then the obvious – die cut, add to the card front and slap a sentiment in the middle. I wanted to show my ladies the versatility of cutting the die cut piece apart.
The first thing we did was to die cut the large detailed foliage die from a ¼ sheet of Garden Green card. This is the piece that we cut apart and used on all our cards.
We always start with the fiddliest, most complicated card first, the idea being that we get this over while we are still concentrating!!

www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – Christmas Pinecones Die used to make 3 rustic pine cone and foliage themed Christmas cards for November 2021 classes
We embossed panel the narrow Garden Green panel using the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine and one of the Wintry 3D Embossing Folders and added it to the smaller front flap of the Soft Succulent card base. The Gold Foil strip was then butted up to it.
We used either the pinecone or sprig to decorate the large Basic White panel and glued it to the inside of the card
We added glue to the left-hand side of the Crumb Cake scalloped rectangle – which I had cut ahead of time using the Scalloped Contour Dies, and added it to the left flap of the card base.
The sentiment, from the Christmas to Remember stamp set was stamped in Garden Green onto the white card, die cut using one of the labels from the Seasonal Labels dies and add to the Crumb Cake panel on Dimensionals.
The detailed pinecone (gold) and Soft Suede pinecone base – cut by me ahead of time using the Seasonal Labels Dies, were glued together then and added to the label front with glue and/or dimensionals.
We then snipped apart the foliage from the large die cut and tucked sprigs behind the pinecones.

We flagged the ends of the Crumb Cake layer and added it to the Garden Green card base.
We embossed the Soft Succulent panel as above and added the panel to the smaller Basic White layer and added the strip of Gold Foil to the side. This piece was then mounted on the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped on the label, which I had die cut ahead of time and added to the card front on Dimensionals.
We assembled the die cut pinecones and added then with sprigs of foliage behind the label.

The sentiment was stamped on the previously die cut label and added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Hello and welcome to the Stampin’ Dreams – In Memorium Blog Hop where we are sharing Sympathy cards. Coming up to Remembrance Sunday the Painted Poppies stamp set seemed the most appropriate stamp set to use to make my Poppies In Memorium card today.
To recreate the Poppies In Memorium card, you will need:
Basic Black card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner Poppy Parade card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper left corner for the inside
