I have been looking forward to using the gorgeous Saint Nicholas stamp set and have used it today to make a pretty Christmas card.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the Saint Nicholas card, you will need:
Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛ – rounded upper left corner
Real Red card – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner – for the inside
Using the image of the sack of presents, I stamped along the bottom of the Pool Party card front in Pool Party ink.
The image of Saint Nicholas was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the 5” by 3¼” panel of Basic White card.
I used the following Blends Alcohol Pens to colour in the image – Petal Pink, Real Red, Pool Party, Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce, Smoky Slate, Pebbled Path, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie & Copper Clay.
The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink to the left of the image and the panel was then mounted onto the Real Red panel.
The panel was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.
A trio of Iridescent Adhesive Backed Dots completed the card.
Love it.
