Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on. I am loving the Yuletide Village stamp set and have used it again to create a Pastel Yuletide Village Christmas card.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the pastel yuletide village card, you will need:
Petal Pink card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pebbled Path card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Using Pebbled Path ink, I stamped the single house in the centre of the 5¼” by 3½” piece of Basic White card.
I added the church to the right and the pair of houses to the left with the same ink. Finally, I stamped the brick wall in front of the pair of houses.
The sentiment, from the Reindeer Fun stamp set was stamped at the bottom of the same panel using the same Pebbled Path ink.
The images were coloured in using the following Blends Pens – Petal Pink, Lemon Lolly, Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party, Balmy Blue, Soft Sea Foam, Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate & Pebbled Path. Love how these building look coloured in pastel shades.
I covered the ‘snowy’ areas with a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and covered it with Dazzling Diamonds, sadly retired….so pretty.
The stamped and coloured panel was then glued to the piece of Pebbled Path card and the whole piece was then mounted onto the Petal Pink card front on Dimensionals.
Such a pretty card.
Please hop on to see what my fellow crafters have been playing with recently.
