Succulents in a Pot

Here is a sweet thank you card featuring succulents in a pot made using the Simply Succulents stamp set and the co-ordinating Potted Succulent Dies.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Succulents in a Pot card, you will need:

Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White – 3½” by 3½”
Rich Razzleberry – 4” by 1” x 2
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” x 2
Scrap Basic White, Old Olive, Smoky Slate and Rich Razzleberry

I die cut the lovely large intricate die from the Potted Succulent Dies using one of the larger Basic White panels. This was used as a stencil to add colour (Pool Party) with a Blending Brush to the Pool Party card Base. I used the same stencil and ink to add colour to the small Basic White layer.

I stamped the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry ink onto scrap card and die cut it using the Tasteful Label dies. I also die cut a label from Rich Razzleberry card and added it behind the stamped sentiment. The sentiment was then tucked behind the raised panel on Dimensionals. A White Bakers Twine bow was added to the pot and a trio of Pastel Pearls was added.

Potted Succulents

Here is a pretty thank you card featuring the Potted Succulents dies and the Art Gallery Designer Series Paper.

The colours used in this project are:

To recreate the potted succulent card, you will need:

Pool Party – 5⅝” by 3⅞” – rounded upper right corner
Fine Art Floral dsp – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper right corner
