Here is simple but stunning leaping deer Christmas card made using the Peaceful Deer stamp set and coordinating Deer Builder die and Peaceful Prints dsp.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the stunning leaping deer card, you will need:
Evening Evergreen card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3⅞” – rounded upper left corner
Peaceful Prints dsp – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 4½” by 3” – rounded upper left corner
Be Dazzling Speciality dsp – 5⅞” by ⅜”
Basic White card – ¼” strip
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
The panel of Peaceful Prints dsp was glued to the largest panel of Basic White card using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I used the same glue to adhere the panel to the Evening Evergreen card front.
The strip of the gorgeous Be Dazzling Speciality dsp across the centre of the card. I love the shimmer this gives.
Using Evening Evergreen ink, I stamped a selection of trees from the Peaceful Deer stamp set in 1st and 2nd generation ink. The stamped panel was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.
I used the Deer Builder Punch to cut out one of the pretty deer images from the Peaceful Prints dsp and added it to the card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink onto the strip of Basic White card, flagged the end and added it to the card front.
To finish the card, I added a bow made from White Baker’s Twine using a Mini Glue Dot. A trio of Champagne Rhinestones was added to complete the card.
I hope you like it,
