Here is a really sweet birthday card made using the gorgeous Hey Birthday Chick stamp set. This has only just fallen into my basket ….. I know, I thought I didn’t need this set, I was so wrong.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the sweet birthday chick card, you will need:
Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Real Red – 5 ¾” by 3⅜”
2021 – 2023 In Colour dsp – 5⅞” by 3⅛”
Basic White – 5⅞” by 2⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾”
I stamped the sweet hen with the balloon in Early Espresso ink onto the thinner panel of Basic White. The hen was coloured using Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie and Cherry Cobbler Blends Markers.
I coloured the balloon in using the Evening Evergreen Blends Marker, I added a highlight using the Chalk Marker. The sentiment was stamped in Early Espresso ink and I added the ‘confetti’ with Balmy Blue ink.
The stamped panel was added to the piece of dsp using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
I then added the panel or Real Red. The whole piece was then added to the Crumb Cake card base on Dimensionals.
To complete the card, I added a trio of Red Rhinestones.
Love it.
