Hello and welcome to the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop where we have a colour/picture challenge and I have used the Blessings of Home stamp set to make my card.
The colours used in this project are:
To recreate the blessings card, you will need:
So Saffron card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Sweet Sorbet card – 5⅛” by 3⅜” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner – for the inside
Basic Black card – 3” by ¼”
I stamped the large floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the smaller panel of Basic White card.
The following Blends Pens were used to colour the image – So Saffron, Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide, Orchid Oasis & Shaded Spruce.
The decorated panel was then glued to the Sweet Sorbet layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I wrapped a length of White Baker’s Twine around the panel before gluing it to the So Saffron card base.
The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink onto the strip of Basic Black card, covered with White Embossing Powder and set using my Heat Tool. I added it to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
A twine bow and a trio of Milky Dots completed the card.
Please continue to hop along to share the inspiration provided by my crafty friends.
