Rainbow Leaves card – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are being inspired by a dice roll – Punch or die cut, Bling, Congrats, Landscape, Regals. I have made my card using the Caring Leaves stamp set.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate rainbow leaves card, you will need:

Cherry Cobbler card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Cherry Cobbler card – 2 ½” by 1⅛”
Basic White card – 2¾” by 1½”

I inked up my chosen leaf with Crushed Curry ink and stamped it onto the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card as far to the left as possible.

Striped Autumnal Leaf Card – Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop where we are sharing Autumnal themed projects. I have made my striped Autumnal leaf card using the Autumn Leaves stamp set and dies with the gorgeous Meandering Meadow dsp.

Colours in this card are:

To recreate the striped Autumnal leaf card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Meandering Meadow dsp – strips ¼” or ⅜” wide and long enough to cover the leaf shape, great time to use up scraps.

Using the Autumn Leaf Dies I die cut a leaf into the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card.

I placed the negative leaf shaped panel down onto the Thick Basic White card front and lightly drew around the leaf shape with a pencil. This will give me a guide when placing the dsp strips.

I placed the dsp strips down over the pencil drawn leaf shape, moving them around until I got the colour palette I liked. I then glued them into position butted up tightly together. I made sure to cut off the excess as I didn’t want the strips poking out when the top panel was in position.

The Basic White panel with the die cut leaf was placed on top of the card front and using Early Espresso ink I stamped the skeleton leaf with the stalk on the Basic White panel and the veins on the dsp strips.

A striking thinking of you card made using the Loveliest Tree stamp set and the 2023 -2025 in colors from Stampin' Up! - Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Loveliest Tree card – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we have a roll of a dice to inspire us today. The roll gives us – pearl, colouring, In Colors, sympathy and standard horizontal and I have used the new Loveliest Tree stamp set to make my card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the loveliest tree card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛
Pebbled Path card – 4⅜” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3⅜” by 4¼”
Boho Blue card – 3¼” by 1”
Moody Mauve card – 3¼” by 1”
Wild Wheat card – 3¼” by 1”
Copper Clay card – 3¼” by 1”
Scrap Basic White & Pebbled Path card

I decided to use the 2023 – 2025 In Colors to make my card, they seemed more appropriate for a sympathy card. I added a little removable adhesive to the back of each 1” strip of in color card and lined them up on a sheet of grid paper butted up against each other.

Using a stamp positioner, I stamped the large tree image in Pebbled Path ink across all 4 strips of card. I made sure that my ink pad was freshly inked and repeated this step a couple of times to get the required depth of colour.

The strips were then lifted and placed onto the 3⅜” by 4¼” leaving a small border around the edge. The whole panel was then adhered to the Pebbled Path panel, then the whole piece was adhered to the Thick Basic White card front.

The sentiment, from the Something Fancy stamp set was stamped in Pebbled Path ink onto scrap Basic White card. I die cut it using a label die from the Autumn Leaves Dies. I die cut it twice to make the label smaller. I then adhered the sentiment to a scrap of Pebbled Path card which was then trimmed to fit. I added it to the card front with liquid adhesive and a Dimensional.

Using a Boho Blue Blends Pen I coloured a trio of Iridescent Pearls and added them to the card front.

I got to this point before I realised that I had missed out the colouring element……. Ooops! I hope you’ll forgive me.
